384 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide

Please read this document carefully before using any 384 services. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 384 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 384 platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 384 ("Platform"). Continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access 384's full services, you are required to register a valid account. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
  • Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
  • Notifying 384 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Ensuring that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

384 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension of account access.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

All 384 users must comply with the following rules when using the platform:

  • Not using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law.
  • Not attempting to access the systems, databases, or accounts of other users without authorisation.
  • Not abusing promotions, bonuses, or incentive programmes through illegitimate means such as hedging, opening multiple accounts, or manipulating the system.
  • Not using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform without prior written approval from 384.
  • Not posting offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any communication feature on the platform.

Any breach of the above rules entitles 384 to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of balances associated with the violating activity.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 384 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name.

Deposits made via third-party payment methods not registered under the account holder's name are prohibited and may result in the transaction being declined or the funds returned. 384 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of unauthorised payment methods.

For fund withdrawals:

  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with wagering requirements (where applicable).
  • Withdrawal processing times may take between 1 to 5 business days depending on the method selected.
  • 384 reserves the right to withhold payments for investigation purposes where there are signs of suspicious activity.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to 384 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

384 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform is not liable for:

  • Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
  • Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as network failures, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
  • Data loss resulting from technical failures or the user's own actions.

Account Suspension and Closure: 384 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, or activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. In such cases, any legitimate remaining balance in the account will be processed for return upon completion of the investigation, provided no violations affecting those funds are found.

Users who have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee once that period has lapsed, subject to notification via their registered email.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

Intellectual Property: All content on the 384 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 384 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 384.

Third-Party Links: The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 384 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access such links at their own risk.

Changes to Terms: 384 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 384 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
